PACTL Welcomes New Customer – DHL Air
On August 4, 2024, PACTL welcomes a significant new partner: DHL Air (D0). Headquartered in the United Kingdom, DHL Air is part of the DHL Group and supports DHL Express’s global air freight operations with its own fleet of freighter. Currently, DHL Air operates a fleet of over 20 cargo freighters, including 7 B777F wide-body freighters.

Notice on suspending acceptance of outbound cargo requiring for 24-hour cooling off storage
Dear Customers and Forwarding Agents, From 16:00 on Sep 1,2024 to 16:00 on Sep 6,2024, PACTL/ PACTL West will suspend the acceptance of outbound cargo that requires for 24-hour cooling off storage. From 00:00 on Sep 3,2024 to 24:00 on Sep 7,2024, PACTL/ PACTL West will not be allowed the hand-over of outbound cargo that is after 24-hour cooling off period with airline’s ramp handlers. Please be noted with above and inform your clients accordingly. Thanks for your understanding and support!
