Dear Customer Airlines,

Due to the reason of Beijing Customs, PACTL will stop the second-transfer trucking service via Beijing for international inbound transshipments with destinations of Tianjin, Dalian, Changchun and Shenyang. In order to minimize the impact to transfer service of Customer Airlines, we will change our trucking service for above four destinations to scheduled trucking flight, one or two frequencies per week, transportation charge keeps unchanged.

In addition, according to new requirements of PVG Customs for time nodes of bonded truck sealing, we also did some fine adjustments for scheduled truck’s departure time for Xi’an and Qingdao, please click here to download for more details.

The above changes will be effective as of 01July 2016.
