Dear Customers,

To strictly implement Customs’ supervision and control requirements, only after both all cargo and MAWB arrive at PVG, consignee or its freight forwarder is allowed to apply for truck transportation to Agent’s  Customs  Bonded  Warehouse or cargo pick-up.

As of 1st July 2019, for all inbound temperature-controlled partial shipment operated by PACTL and PACTL West, consignee or its freight forwarder shall apply for truck transportation to its Custom’s Bonded Warehouse or  cargo pick-up only after both all cargo and MAWB arrive. The relevant fees will be settled with freight forwarder according to our current charging standard and the actual days of cold storage for temperature-controlled partial shipment. Please be notified and inform each other for pre-preparation and further adjustment to your air transportation plan for concerned temperature-controlled cargo.
