In order to enhance safe and smooth transportation, handling and storage of inbound dangerous goods shipments we kindly make you aware of following measures in addition to the required dangerous goods standard operation process. Please make sure:

1. That especially for class 1 (explosives) and class 3 (flammable liquid), the consignee needs to be informed immediately after booking request without any delays to prepare, coordinate and organize the necessary Customs clearance documents. For the road-feeder transportation the required vehicle and documents need to be prepared and arranged in advance to accelerate the delivery of dangerous goods, as well as to eliminate the detention of dangerous goods. 

2. To provide dangerous goods cargo information, such as class, no. of pieces, weight, volume and the contact information of the consignee to us before flight departure at the Airport of origin. We will make sure to prepare and arrange all necessary pre-work in advance in accordance to the on-site condition, to fully support all relevant processes.
