To
better manage the overdue storage dangerous goods and further improve its
disposal work, to prevent and avoid the storage risk of the related dangerous
goods, according to “Domestic Transport Regulations for Air Cargo of CAAC”,
“International Transport Regulations for Air Cargo of CAAC”, “Measures for the
Administration of Air Transport and Storage of Dangerous Goods”, “The Air Cargo
Tariff”, “Notice from CAAC on Further Improving the Safe Management of the
Dangerous Goods during Air Transportation”(No. 2021【1149】, see
attachment ), and other related rules and regulations, we will carry out and
implement below process for the overdue storage dangerous goods. [Overdue
storage as defined by the CAAC, domestic route - 90 days, Hong Kong, Macau and
Taiwan not included; international route - 180 days, Hong Kong, Macau and
Taiwan and other international route included)
1.
For domestic route (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan not included), if no one pick
up the DG cargo or no handling instructions are received from the shipper 60
days after dangerous goods arriving at our cargo terminal, and for Hong Kong,
Macau and Taiwan and other international route, if no instructions are received
from the shipper 90 days after dangerous goods arriving at our cargo terminal,
our production department will issue notice of hurry delivery to the shipper
and airline. In response to the notice, airline is required to give disposal
instructions within 90 days after dangerous goods arriving at our cargo
terminal for domestic route (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan not included), and 180
days for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan and other international route;

We will work on the list of the overdue storage dangerous goods as defined by
the CAAC regularly and report to the Customs accordingly;
3.
Based on the ratification from the Customs, we will move the disposable overdue
storage dangerous goods to the disposable list;
4.
We have the right to seek and entrust certain qualified company to dispose the
overdue storage dangerous goods according to the law.
We
reserve the right to charge the carrier (airline) for the related cost occurred
in the disposal based on the actual cost. Considering the urgency of the above
matters, please respond your comments if any by email before June 28, 2021, or
it will be deemed agreeable with the above process. And the agreed notice will
be deemed as an effective supplementary to the valid SGHA or other agreements
related to dangerous goods.
