Effective November 16, 2023, PACTL welcomed a new airline customer: EGYPTAIR (MS). EGYPTAIR is the national flag carrier of Egypt, based in Cairo with a global route network covering more than 70 destinations and more than 80 aircrafts, mainly engaged in international passenger and cargo business.

In August 2023, PACTL welcomed a new customer partner: Shandong Airlines (SC). Shandong Airlines is an important member of the Air China family, and currently operates domestic passenger routes, with scheduled flights at Shanghai Pudong Airport and Shanghai Hongqiao Airport.

Dear Valued Customers: The 6th China International Import Expo (CIIE) will be held in Shanghai from 5th Nov, 2023 to 10th Nov, 2023. Notice on suspending acceptance of outbound cargo requiring for 24-hour cooling off storage
Dear Customers and Forwarding Agents, From 00:00 on Oct 16,2023 to 24:00 on Oct 17,2023, PACTL/ PACTL West will suspend the acceptance of outbound cargo that requires for 24-hour cooling off storage. From 00:00 on Oct 17,2023 to 24:00 on Oct 18,2023, PACTL/ PACTL West will not be allowed the hand-over of outbound cargo that is after 24-hour cooling off period with airline’s ramp handlers. Please be noted with above and inform your clients accordingly. Thanks for your understanding and support!
