​On May 1, 2025, the PACTL Pet Lounge was officially launched, aiming to create a warm and comfortable pet rest environment and provide customized exclusive services for pet lovers.

Recently, PACTL and PACTL WEST were awarded the CEIV Lithium Battery Certification (Center of Excellence for Independent Validators for Lithium Batteries) by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This certification proves that PACTL and PACTL WEST have reached the international authoritative standards in safe transportation, storage and management of lithium battery products.
