PACTL and PACTL West have successfully passed the audit for the IATA Centre of Excellence for Independent Validators in Perishable Logistics (CEIV Fresh). This milestone signifies that the cargo terminals’ capabilities in handling perishable goods have reached the highest international standards in the global air cargo industry.
CEIV Fresh aims to establish globally consistent operational standards for perishable cargo logistics to enhance supply chain efficiency and significantly reduce transport losses. The certification system is based on IATA’s Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR) and integrates ISO food safety management standards as well as Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles. It focuses on meeting the industry’s stringent requirements for food safety, timeliness, and waste reduction.

This certification proves that PACTL and PACTL WEST have reached the international authoritative standards in safe transportation, storage and management of lithium battery products.
The CEIV Lithium Battery Certification is a high recognition of the safe transportation capability of lithium batteries, indicating that PACTL and PACTL WEST have established lithium battery cargo operation processes in line with IATA standards. This certification is reviewed every two years to ensure our continuous compliance with global lithium battery safe transportation standards. In 2012, PACTL passed the initial ISAGO Audit by the IATA appointed Auditor Airlines. The ISAGO Audit focus on the Cargo Handling, Safety and Security of Ground Operation, aimed to standardize the Safety Management System and Quality Management System of the Ground Services Providers in Civil Aviation industry and help the Ground Services Providers to establish and implement the related processes to meet IATA requirements.
To prepare this particular audit, PACTL has established a complete company documentation/manual system and the Quality Management System. Our cargo and mail handling of each respective department/process has been fully in compliance with IATA standards and recommended practices. Meanwhile, we conduct internal audit at least once a year and also accepts ISAGO Renewal Audit by IATA every two years to keep our cargo handling process efficiency and quality service.
The ISAGO audit covers most of audit factors that our customer airlines are doing year by year. The ISAGO register might be the contribution to airlines by reducing their costs of audit.
As a company specializing in providing air cargo ground handling and warehousing services to airlines and agents, our company PACTL/ PACTL West passed the Technology Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Transportation Supplier Security Requirements Level A (FSR-A) audit in 2013 and 2015 respectively. The TAPA audit mainly covers eight parts, including the review of cargo terminal perimeter, office area access management, warehouse area security measures, security systems, security processes, and truck transportation safety.

PACTL Cold Fresh Processing Center has successfully passed the audit of the International Air Transport Association's Center of Excellence for Independent Validation of Pharmaceutical Logistics in February 2016, becoming the first air cargo terminal in China to pass this certification.
CEIV Pharma is the abbreviation of the Center of Excellence for Independent Validation of Pharmaceutical Logistics, which aims to help relevant organizations and the entire air cargo supply chain achieve excellent pharmaceutical logistics operations. By establishing a globally recognized pharmaceutical logistics operation certification system, CEIV Pharma focuses on the industry's needs for safety, commitment and efficiency. The CEIV Pharma certification standards include many current pharmaceutical logistics standards and guidelines or even more stringent ones, such as the International Air Transport Association Temperature Controlled Cargo Operation Rules (TCR), the EU GDP certification, the World Health Organization Annex 5 and the United States Pharmacopeia standards.
