The company's core business is to provide handling services for inbound and outbound cargo and mails at PACTL, serving airlines, freight forwarders and cargo owners. This includes cargo business document processing, cargo acceptance, handover, weighing, warehousing, pallet build-up and breakdown, load planning, shipment delivery, cargo transportation, information processing, inquiring, security checks, and ground agency services.

As the only air cargo terminal in Nantong City, PACTL-NTG provides end-to-end handling capabilities for both passenger and cargo aircraft, including cargo acceptance, tallying, ramp operations, etc. The customs supervision and operation area at Nantong Airport covers 20,000 square meters, with the peak processing capacity of 300 tons per day for inbound and outbound shipments. Among these, the cross-border e-commerce supervisory warehouse covers 5,000 square meters, with the outbound processing capacity of 100 tons per day. PACTL-NTG has extensive experience and capabilities in managing full-process operations for aircraft such as the Boeing 747 freighter and Airbus 330 freighter. Since 2019, the terminal has launched 8 international all-cargo routes, connecting Nantong to Incheon, Hanoi, Tokyo, Mumbai, Osaka, Singapore, Brussels and Leipzig.
