PACTL Training Introduction

PACTL is a dangerous goods training institution recorded at the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and certified as CBTA-Corporate by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) . We offer professional training service to our employees on standards such as Dangerous Goods Regulations, Cargo Introductory, Perishable Cargo Regulations, Live Animals Regulations, Perishable Cargo Regulations and so on.

    Safety is the top priority in the aviation industry. This course follows the Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), helping our employees to understand and apply the regulations for the transport of dangerous goods by air. These regulations include legal requirements, operational restrictions, packaging instructions, marking, labeling, documentation, operational procedures, and emergency response measures to ensure the safe transportation of dangerous goods. Through this course, employees will acquire the knowledge and skills to accept, handle, and transport dangerous goods in compliance with the latest national regulations and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) manual, enabling them to perform their duties competently.
  • Cargo Introductory
    This course helps our employees to gain a comprehensive understanding of the operational processes of air cargo, laying a solid foundation for handling air freight operations safely, compliantly, and efficiently. It equips participants with specific operational skills in civil aviation cargo, including documentation, pricing, acceptance, storage, unitization, loading, cargo tracking, delivery, and special cargo handling.
  • Live Animals Regulations
    This course helps our employees to safely transport live animals by air using compliant containers and standardized documentation. The course content covers container requirements, documentation requirements, and attention to animal welfare, enabling employees to understand how to comply with international regulations and standards, correctly apply the IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR), and achieve safe, compliant, and humane animal transportation.
  • Perishable Cargo Regulations
    This course, based on the IATA Perishable Cargo Regulations (PCR), provides our employees with detailed guidance on the proper handling of perishable goods, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required for the safe transportation of perishable cargo. It ensures that employees' operations comply with industry standards and meet the regulatory requirements of appropriate authorities, guaranteeing that goods arrive at their destination in optimal condition.
