On May 1, 2025, the PACTL Pet Lounge was officially launched, aiming to create a warm and comfortable pet rest environment and provide customized exclusive services for pet lovers.
Located in PACTL T1, the lounge covers an area of approximately 70 square meters. Accessible via the airside, it serves all pets handled at PACTL's three international cargo stations at Pudong Airport. The facility features temperature control, environmental monitoring, air purification, video surveillance, and is equipped with VIP pet rooms and personalized services such as pet photography.
The PACTL Easy-Cargo Platform has simultaneously introduced a pet lounge service module, allowing customers to monitor their pets' status in real time, view photos, apply for VIP pet rooms via mobile devices. Pet transfer status is updated dynamically, making each step transparent, safe, and traceable.
