Dear Customer Airlines,
On the basis of statistics of the transshipment volume to PEK, YNT, CTU, SIA and DLC for recent six months, we found that the volume didn’t reach our expectation due to the impact of downturn of the international/domestic air cargo market after we changed the trucks to those cities into scheduled trucks in February. The transshipment volumes to several cities were even lower than the same period of last year. The volume decrease brought very big pressure to the costs of scheduled truck transportation. Therefore PACTL decided to change trucking services to above cities back to non-scheduled flights as of 06 September, 2012.
