For any amendment on the HAWB of those inbound shipments applied for consol breakdown service, PACTL requires an instruction by the origin (shipper or Agent from the origin) with the request to change, which has to be confirmed by the Shanghai office of the requesting agent with an original stamp (on the copy of the mail). PACTL will change it accordingly and confirm it with PACTL stamp on the original of the HAWB.
