Dear Forwarding Agents and Consignees,
In order to cooperate with PVG Inspection &Quarantine Bureau to speed up Customs Through efficiency, prevent invasion of harmful biological invasion, and guarantee national gate’s safety, all PACTL cargo terminals will implement the service of Pre-Quarantine Inspection for Int’l Inbound Cargo before Declaration and levy relevant charges as of 01March 2014. Specific service range, name and standard will be as following:
1, Applicable range, for all Int’l inbound cargo, but below inbound cargo & mail excluded:
a, express cargo from apron directly transported to Express transfer Center
b, Intact cargo/express delivery (excluding BUP without package)
c, non- PVG destination transshipments
d, mail cargo accompanied with mail route sheet
2, Charge name:
Other Inspection Fee for Int’l Inbound Cargo
3, Charge collected from:
Forwarding Agents or Consignees
4, Charge standard:
0.05 per kg
Minimum, 6.00 per MAWB
Maximum, 240.00 per MAWB
