Dear Customer Airlines and Forwarding Agents,
In order to further regulate and standardize PACTL pass application and pass holder background check, PVG air defense bureau issued ‘Background Registration & Evaluation Chart for Shanghai Airport Cargo Area Pass Applicants’ and ‘Warehouse Personnel Information Fields’, requesting cargo terminals and relevant companies (including airlines, forwarding agents and cooperating units) to fill out the above charts and send back to PACTL Security Department by 31March 2014.
