Dear Customer Airlines and Forwarding Agents,
In order to guarantee the DG handling safety during the CICA, PACTL will implement following measures:
1, from now on to 8:00am of 17May, for the pickup of CAT1, 2.3, 6.1, and 7 at PACTL Import, agents/consignee will provide pickup guarantee letter besides the normal documents, promising to comply with government requirements.
2, from 8:00am of 17May to 24:00 of 22May, for pickup of DG mentioned above, agents/consignee need to provide guarantee letter and approval issued by PVG Police Office.
3, export DG handling will not be impacted.
