Dear Forwarding Agents:
According to the Notice of Standards to Use Circulatory Wooden Trays issued on 21 May 2012 by Cargo Inspection No. 1 Division of CIQ, warehouses should use the circulatory wooden trays with special mark and recognized by CIQ, in order to facilitate cargo loading/unloading during internal transportation and repeatedly use wooden trays.
Currently our subcontractor Shanghai Pudong Trucking Co., Ltd. (as PUYUN hereafter) already finished related registration and will use the wooden trays showed in below pictures for transportation from PACTL to agent’s warehouse:
(Wooden trays have PUYUN logo and Chinese Characters meaning ‘dedicated use by PUYUN’, IPPC identification is also can be seen.) If you receive PUYUN’s circulatory wooden trays, please notice:
1、 The wooden trays are added by PUYUN to facilitate cargo transportation, they didn’t came in with inbound cargo. So please input the correct information to system of CIQ.
2、 Please cooperate with PUYUN to confirm by signature when you receive the cargo transported to your warehouse. After you accept the cargo into your warehouse, please collect the wooden trays and return them to PUYUN.
