With increase of domestic cargo volume, PACTL invested a lot for operation areas, equipments and manpower for recent years. In order to offset the increase of production costs, we deiced to adjust Domestic Warehouse Use Charge to RMB0.35/kg, effective from 01FEB, 2015.
