In order to reduce the impact of detained export cargo by Security Company to PACTL’s production and safety, we decided to collect storage charge for this kind of cargo.
Charge standards:
Within 3 days: free of charge;
From 4 to 7 days: RMB0.20/kg per day for general cargo; RMB0.50/kg per day for DG;
Above 7 days: RMB0.40/kg per day for general cargo; RMB1.00/kg per day for DG.
