Dear Customer Airlines and Forwarding Agents,
Recent years, DG shipments volume increased gradually, our existing DG storage space is facing with very big pressure. Now Production Department hopes to control DG shipment storage time in our warehouse to release the pressure. Effective from 01 September, all export DG shipments should meet the following requirements:
1, for DG shipments need to be checked by X-ray machine, the earliest acceptance time is 24 hours before ETD;
2, for odd size shipments like cars those need 24-hour cooling time, the earliest acceptance time is 28 hours before ETD;
3, before DG check list is finished, Forwarding Agents must provide the written booking confirmation issued by Airlines. After verify the booking confirmation, our documentation counter will make DG check list. If Airlines don’t have a fixed format, our version can be used. (Download)
From 01 September, we will not accept those DG shipments can not meet the above requirements.
