Dear Forwarding Agents,
According to the request of Customs, starting from 21st of August 2017, the ground handling company (cargo terminal) will send import MAWB/HAWB breakdown report to Customs new manifesting system for inbound dangerous goods and temperature sensitive goods etc. The cutoff time is when agents submit HAWB pick-up Application or MAWB confirm Application.
