Dear Customers and Forwarding Agents,
In order to ensure safety and security operation during CIIE，it is to make temporary adjustments to existing safety and security management as follows:
1.From 1st Nov.2020 to 12th Nov.2020 , the personnel information and qualification review of PACTL long-term pass application will be suspended by Airport Public Security Bureau (but application form is still acceptable)，and the application for temporary pass will also be suspended. During this period, for any temporary pass application due to operation reasons , Please submit your application request to our relevant department as usual.
2.In case of loss or stolen of PACTL pass, it is required to report our Security Department immediately. If it isn’t reported timely and result in any impacts and consequences herewith, the pass holder and his company shall hold full responsibility concerned.
3.During the CIIE, PACTL will further strengthen safety and security management and control measures to ensure a safe, stable and orderly operation. All forwarding agents shall strictly implement and undertake the safety responsibility for your operation at Agent Build-up Warehouse.
4.All kinds of violations during the CIIE will be strictly dealt with according to the punishment provisions of relevant regulations. For serious violations, the case shall be submitted to the Public Security Bureau for disposal according to laws.
