In order to further implement the safety operation requirements concerning the “Intl Inbound cold chain food product”, and effectively manage the operation of “ Intl Inbound cold chain food product”, starting from 20th Nov 2020, the operation of “ Intl Inbound cold chain food product” of PACTL will be temporarily centralized to the designated area of PACTL WEST.
The corresponding procedure of documents and cargo delivery remain unchanged in original terminals(PACTL T1,T2,WEST), after accomplishing the delivery process and printing VCT, please pick up the cargo at Area 3 of PACTL WEST. Please come to the documentation center of PACT WEST to print the Customs pass certificate after loading. During this period it is suggested that the “Intl Inbound cold chain food product” is loaded by the single ULD to avoid the part-load non-cold chain cargo being transported to the centralized area of PACT WEST, it is also suggested to check the location of cargo and the pick-up terminal while handling the delivery procedures. At the same time, due to safety operation requirements of the relevant authorities for “Intl Inbound cold chain food product”, the operation service efficiency might be affected.
