Announced on Promotion for relevant Cargo Handling Fee and Security Inspection Fee at Shanghai Airport
I. Reduction of the Inbound and Outbound Handling Fee
A. Air transfer business of Pudong Terminal, Hongqiao Terminal and between PVG and SHA transshipment
From May 29,2025 to December 31,2025, the following promotions will be implemented for air transfer business of Pudong Terminal, Hongqiao Terminal and between PVG and SHA transshipment:
1. Single waybill to the end
a. International business (including international to international, international to domestic, domestic to international): Waive the inbound handling fee of the airline; the outbound handling fee of the airline (BUP cargo) is reduced to RMB0.3/kg;
b. Domestic business (domestic to domestic): Waive the inbound and outbound handling fee of the airline.
2. Inter-airline international waybill transit
a. Waive the inbound handling fee of the airline;
b. The outbound handling fee of the airline (BUP cargo) is reduced to RMB0.3/kg;
c. Waive the cargo handover charge for international inbound cargo of forwarder;
d. Waive the other operation fee for international inbound cargo of forwarder;
e. Waive the cargo handover charge for international outbound cargo of forwarder;
f. Waive the cross-AWB international cargo handling charge of forwarder.
In addition, since May 29, 2025, there will be no inbound and outbound handling fee of airline for same-aircraft transfers.
B. Domestic business of Pudong terminal and Hongqiao terminal
In order to further promote the cargo volume of domestic passenger aircraft, from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, all domestic outbound cargo on wide-body passenger aircraft departing at both PVG and SHA during off-peak hours (12:00-18:00) will be waived 100%.
II. Reduction of Security Inspection Fee
For the Air transfer business of Single waybill to the end, involving Pudong Terminal, Hongqiao Terminal and between PVG and SHA transshipment, the security inspection fee of airlines will be waived.
