To further promote the development of cargo on domestic passenger aircraft and encourage airline customers to operate more domestic belly business during off-peak hours (12:00-18:00), from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, the outbound handling fee for domestic cargo on wide-body passenger aircraft at both PVG and SHA during off-peak hour will be waived 100%.
