On May 30th, 2025, PACTL warmly welcomes a new customer partner: SCAT Airlines (DV). As one of Kazakhstan's largest domestic airlines, SCAT Airlines boasts 28 years of civil aviation experience. Headquartered in Shymkent, a major city in southern Kazakhstan, the airline primarily operates passenger flights. Currently, it operates flights on the Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) ⇄ Shymkent Airport (CIT) route using Boeing B737MAX aircraft. During the initial phase, the airline will operate two weekly flights, with plans to gradually increase frequency to daily flights in the future. The related cargo handling services will be provided by PACTL T1.
