Dear Forwarding Agents and Shippers,
In order to cooperate with Airport Customs to speed up airport logistics, advance PVG international air cargo hub construction, PACTL will start phased testing for Electronization of Air Cargo Release Information.
According to the schedule, PACTL cargo terminals will implement E-release of Export Air Cargo and levy relevant charge, specific service scope, name and standard will be as following:
1, Applicable scope: Int’l Export Cargo with arrival-at cargo terminal info sent by PACTL
2, Charge name: Int'l Export Cargo HAWB Check-in & Sending to Customs
3, Charged to: Forwarding Agents or Shippers
4, Charge standard: 5.00 per HAWB; 5.00 per MAWB if there is no HAWB
Until Customs decides to start officially, the above job is still in testing period, PACTL will charge according to previous Making Cost of Grand Notice of Handover Cargo. After Customs new declaration mode officially launches, the above new charge will be effective, old service and charge will be abolished same time.
