Please be kindly informed that Customs H2010 System will be shut down for 22 hours from 16:00 20.SEP to 14:00 21.SEP.
According to the information from relative Customs Officer, during above period, it will take much more time for cargo inspection than normal condition. E-clearance data for shipments being inspected could be influence as well.
Customer Airlines and Forwarding Agents, please check e-clearance data timely, and contact with Customs Office if there is irregularity found. PACTL will also keep close contact with Customs Office.
Meanwhile, Customer Airlines please do necessary preparations in advance from your end to deal with the possible influence.
