Dear customers,
To further promote the growth of air-air transit cargo volume and encourage airlines and forwarders to operate more transit business, PACTL and PACTL West will continue to implement the following promotion for air transfer business within Pudong terminal, within Hongqiao terminal and between PVG and SHA transshipment from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
1.“Single waybill to the end”Air- Air transit
a. International business (including international to international, international to domestic, domestic to international): the inbound handling fee of the airline will be waived 100%; the outbound handling fee of the airline (BUP cargo) will be reduced to RMB0.3/kg.
b. Domestic business (domestic to domestic): the inbound and outbound handling fees of the airline will be waived 100%.
2. “Inter-airline waybill transit” Air- Air transit
a. The airline handling fee waiver for Inter-airline waybill transit business will be the same as“single waybill to the end”.
b. All forwarder handling fees will be waived 100%, including Cargo Handover Charge for International/Domestic Inbound Cargo, Other Operation Fee for International Inbound Cargo, Cargo Handover Charge for International/ Domestic Outbound Cargo, Cross-AWB International Cargo Handling Charge, etc.
3. “ PVG and SHA transshipment ” Air- Air transit
a. For air-air transit business involving transshipment between PVG and SHA, all related transportation fees (Bonded and Non-Bonded trucks) will be waived.
